Imam Ali - StoreFront History

The Northeast Denver Islamic Center (NDIC) was formally established in 2000 with the guidance of Allah (SWT) and the example of the Muhammad the Prophet (SAW). It began as an community of believers in association with the leadership of Imam W. Deen Mohammed.

From 2000 to 2009, Northeast Denver Islamic Center was a storefront of approximately 400 square feet. During those ten years in addition to operating as a place of worship, we established a strong ummah of dedicated believers, and began several programs that served needs of the immediate community at large.

Over the last few years it became apparent that we needed a dignified and larger place of worship to accommodate the believers.
