Reasons for Upgrade
1. The kitchen is becoming unsafe to use simply because of the age of the equipment.
2. The stove, two refrigerators and cabinets are very old and not meeting our needs.
3. The kitchen is used for many functions such as preparing food during Ramadan; cooking lunch and snacks for the 120 children who attend our Islamic school; sharing food with our non-Muslim friends as part of our Dawa; preparing the 40 boxes of food every Friday that we donate to needy families and other functions and incidental events.
4. Our small congregation donations barely covers our monthly operating expenses for the Masjid
